Enhance and add additional masking for kintsugi with this masking liquid.  The point-tip applicator allows you to place your masking close to the crackline.  Use this to prevent the brown unremovable dried kokusou & sabi embedded into porous and unglazed surfaces, especially at the bottom side of pottery.

The masking rubs off together with kokuso and sabi easily.

With the applicator, there is no need to clean gummed up brushes!

To use, bead carefully with the applicator, along the crack line, about 1mm from the crackline.  When dried, the liquid latex naturally speads, bringing itself even closer to the crackline.   To remove, simply rub it off with fingers.

*** Not to be confused with blocking / masking urushi stain at the open edges.  To prevent feathering of urushi stain at open edges, use nikawa instead.  Read the nikawa listing for information.  ***
